Rochelle is now back in New Castle at The Heritage House, 1023 North 20th St. New Castle, IN 47362 .... Room 35 . She has been in a nursing home in Ohio. Sunday March 30th her family is having a 60th birthday party for her. It will be in The North Conference Room at Heritage House 2 to 5pm. Please try to stop in if you can.
